What’s actually included — is it just the hotel and activities, or do you handle everything on the ground?
Everything on the ground. Destination research, accommodation, activities, entertainment, on-the-ground logistics and coordination, and the details that make it feel genuinely different from a standard work trip. Flights are arranged separately by you — we take care of everything once your team arrives. It’s all managed through a single point of contact, so you’re not chasing suppliers or dealing with problems on the day.
