We didn’t just help organise the Include Summit — we co-founded it. What started as an idea between Meji Media and a few passionate people has grown into one of the most talked-about events in the sports industry.
Today, the Include Summit is the UK’s largest conference dedicated to social impact as well as equality, diversity, and inclusion in sport. But it’s more than just a conference — it’s a movement with a clear mission:
to get 1 million underprivileged and underrepresented young people into sport and physical activity.
Every year, we bring together industry leaders, game-changers, and those who simply care about making sport better and fairer for everyone. From powerful keynote speakers to real, honest conversations and networking that actually leads to action — the Summit is where ideas turn into impact. Over the years, we’ve welcomed Olympic gold medallists like Denise Lewis, champions for change like Judy Murray, influential voices such as the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham and Anton Ferdinand, alongside grassroots heroes and community leaders. Plus, hundreds of other top people from across sport, business, and education — all united by one goal: to make a real difference.
